We have been running EE4 since January. Keeping up with software updates etc but since launch have been fighting error message specters. We have 4 separate multi ticket events. Registrants have experienced “unable to save the registration data” errors, “the request form action “process_gateway_response” does not exist for the current “attendee_information” registration step” (I got this one an my 3rd try of the exact same cancellation process new window and client side cache reset), “your form data could not be applied to any valid registrations” we have over 100 incomplete registrations without registration/account information. use of integrated captua causes loss of ticket information. errors multiply when not a registered and logged in guest of our site. Please help us figure out what is going on because this is very frustrating and the errors are getting out of hand.

Hello,
The issues that you described could be caused by caching. I used some online tools to check the server headers and it appears that you are using GoDaddy’s Managed WP Hosting plan.
The problem with this plan is that the caching is forced sitewide:
X-Cacheable: YES:Forced

This will cause sporadic issues as you described.
Please ask Godaddy to relocate your site to a plan that does not force cache sitewide.
If you would like to continue to use managed WP hosting, then there are some web hosts that offer the ability to exclude certain WP pages from caching. Flywheel and WP Engine both offer this.
