Multiple email for multiple registration not working

Hello guys,
When people are subscribing to 2 or more events, they only receive a single email with the first event only. Did you get that problem before ?

Hello,

Is the registration multi-status message type in use?

By default it is off and you can turn it on through Event Espresso –> Messages –> Settings.

It will be in the inactive area:
