We received the following notice: “You have the correct Support License Key for Event Espresso but your account only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. Please log in to your Event Espresso account to manage your Support License Keys or purchase a support license right now.”
However, we only have one domain that we use: DCHistory.org. Any other domains are just redirects to our main website. How can we be sure we have the appropriate license? Thank you.
Hi John, another domain was linked (possibly a staging site).
I’ve released your support license key. Follow the steps in the confirmation email to reactivate it.
