I have a three day event. I sell individual tickets for each day AND a three day ticket but not sure how to set that up. Your documentation and video only explains one day event. So how do I setup the dates and the tickets (in order please)

Hi there,

You would need 3 datetimes within your event, like this – http://take.ms/ebkyc

Then a single ticket for each day and an additional ticket that applies to all datetimes.

So and overview would look like this – http://take.ms/0KJXe

Within the single day tickets you click the cog icon and set the ticket to only apply to that specific datetime – http://take.ms/8Z1lJ

Each single ticket should only have its specific datetime selected, then on the ‘all event ticket’, you set it to apply to all datetimes – http://take.ms/Z3I9b

So then sales from the Day 1 ticket only apply to the day 1 datetime, sales from day 2 to day 2 datetime and day 3 for day 3 datetime. The all event ticket applies its sales to EACH of the datetimes, so 1 sale of that ticket adds 1 to the sold value to all 3 of the datetimes.

Is that what you are looking for?
