I have a client who will have an event that lasts 10 days. First of all, I need the user to be able to select what date range they want to attend for, say days 1 – 3, or days 5-9. Then, they need to be able to choose from various add-ons for those days, like room accommodations (several types with limits on each) and meals (several options). Is this something EE can do?
It depends. I think EE might be able to do what you need, but maybe not in the exact way you are thinking of.
For example, in EE4 you would select the event in question, then choose a ticket, add your registration details and pay.
Most customers would set either the event itself or the individual tickets to be based on the dates in question.
Currently EE4 cannot modify prices based on question results (e.g. if you need the question “do you want a hotel room” to add $50 to the ticket, that’s not yet possible).
It should help provide a better sense of whether it is suitable for you or not.
