Hi there,

1)
I would like to add one event that takes place on two days (Monday and Wednesday) from 4-6pm. On the calendar I want to show the two days and the correct time. The event can only be booked for these two days together not single days. I only want to issue ONE ticket for both days. How can I do that?

2)
On the order confirmation, we need to take off “Can be used once at any of the dates/ times below.” How can we do that?

3)
Order confirmation: We would like to take of the option to switch from order confirmation to invoice. This options shows up after payment has been done.

4)
Order Confirmation: The Time shows as America/Edmonton. Should be Canada. The general settings are correct with Canada / Edmonton. Is there a different place to change that?

Thanks for your help.
Kerstin

Hello,

1) Create two datetimes (one for Monday and one for Wednesday), but use one ticket which would have access to both dates. That will add both dates to the calendar, and still use one ticket.

2) Edit the HTML of your receipt. Go to Event Espresso > Messages > Default Messages > Edit HTML REceipt Template. I searched for that phrase and found two instances of it. One in the [TICKET_LINE_ITEM_LIST] section and once in the [TICKET_LINE_ITEM_LIST] section.

this ticket can be used once receipt message template event espresso

3) You could either deactivate the Invoice Message type all together: Event Espresso > Messages > Settings > PDF and drag and drop the Invoice to the Inactive Message Types panel.

OR remove the [INVOICE_RECEIPT_SWITCHER_BUTTON] shortcode from the receipt template from the tope and bottom of the template:

4) The “America” in “America/Edmonton” refers to the continent not the country. As in how Mexico is part of “North America”. Here too, you could edit your order confirmation if you want it to be different.

Does that help?
