I am not sure I understand the multiple dates and times function. I want to be able to offer a ticket within a congress. The ticket would either be for the full congress – 4 days or for one day within the congress. The multiple date and times function seems to be the solution, but when I create a date time and then add a ticket to it, on the front end the user is not shown that option at all, in fact within the ticket selector the date time is not even shown. Please can you let me know if this is possible?
That feature lets you assign tickets to different datetimes. You would need to create a ticket for each datetime option. Then edit the datetimes to remove the tickets that should not have access.
I get all that and have done the setup in that way. But you dont show the front end. I want someone to select the event and then choose the day or days they are attending within the event. It doesnt look like the front end code is setup this way
Hello, that registration flow isn’t available. The tickets determine the datetimes that are selected during registration.
You could add the days to the name of the ticket to make things more clear.
