Within the Event Editor you select which question groups should be asked for your ‘Additional Registrants’, the bottom section of this image – http://take.ms/1CBvc
So depending on which questions you want to ask your additional registrants you would check the checkbox next to the relevant groups and update the event, then when a user selects multiple tickets the ‘Primary registrant’ questions are asked for the first ticket then all of the others use the ‘Additional Registrant’ groups.
If you enable the Personal Information question group and select multiple tickets within your event you will see EE request additional details.
