Is there a way that I can get 3 different API keys for 3 different event websites that we have? Thanks!

Hi there,
To have a key for each site, you’d need a support license for each individual site or you could switch to a developer license:
https://eventespresso.com/product/ee4-license-developer/
Which include keys for access to Event Espresso core on 5 sites (the developer license does not include access to add-ons, they would need to purchase separately if you switched to that license).
