You can edit each ‘Event admin’ context for all of the messages within Event Espresso -> Messages -> Default message templates and separate the email address with a comma.
That will send the event admin to each event admin listed, however that depends if your mail server supports it (some do not).
A better option would be to create a ‘group’ email with your email provider and place each of the event admins with that group. So lets say you create the ‘eventadmins@yourdomain.com’ group email, each admin is within that. You setup EE to send the admin emails to eventadmins@youdomain.com and your email providers sends the emails to each member of the group.
