We are trying to resolve multilanguages case witohut using WPML.
We have two separate different language versions websites SITE (A) and SITE (B).
Site (A) is English version of Event Espresso.
Site (B) is a Polish version of Event Espresso.
On both sites we have two events, event X and event Y (we are using Multiple Event add-on).
So now we have a situation:
Site (A) is English version of Event Espresso with event X, Y
Site (B) is a Polish version of Event Espresso with event X, Y
Result:
We would like to export all users from site Y and import them to X and scan them using olny site X.
Questions:
1. How we can easily import users from site Y to site X?
2. How is generated Reg Code (f.e. 41-2-1-5993)? What is the rule? It’s based on email address or attendee’s name?
Hi Michal, Event Espresso does not currently support qTranslate or WPML.
Also, there isn’t an import or export option for attendees/registrants. You would need to manually add registrants into the site for them to be properly linked to an event:
The registration code is generated from these conditions:
{TXN_ID} – {Ticket_ID} – {substring of reg_url_link}
Thanks
