We’re hosting a one-day, multi-track event and are looking for an online registration system to use. With our event, attendees can choose from one of three sessions during each time slot throughout the day. We want to avoid people registering for two sessions happening at the same time and we’d prefer if people didn’t have to visit 4 pages to add the 4 sessions to their registration. Does Event Espresso system handle this type of set-up?

We appreciate your interest in Event Espresso.
Event Espresso doesn’t have the capability to prevent registration of simultaneous events. I have added this feature request to our list.
It may be something that could be done with custom development. You could speak with one of our Pro-Developers to see if they could accommodate this type of work.
