Multi ticket + hotel

Hi, i have a training centre and we are offering live seminars. I want to offer my potential clients ticket for the seminar and room in the hotel. I want to make this with one EE registration. When i make normal ticket for both things and i ask my participants for Personal information they have to fill there personal info two times – http://responsa.bg/trainings/семинар-5-в-1-нови-изисквания-при-управл/

How i can make it easyer for my potential perticipants? How i can connect person with the room?

Hi Neyko,

You are seeing the personal information collected as the personal information group is enabled for the additional registrants through the event editor.

Does your event need to allow multiple guests to register at once or is it usually a single guest that is attending?

If it is a single guest, then you can remove the checkmark from the personal question group for additional registrants through the event editor and then save changes.

Then the contact information won’t be requested for any additional pricing options that are selected.

Hi, i need names of the participants because i give them personal tickets and certificates after training.

Hi Neyko,

The contact information (e.g. name and email) is collected through the first pricing option that is selected.

Do your guests typically register in groups? For example, a guest registers and is bringing a friend?

If not, then you can turn off the personal question group for additional registrants by removing the checkmark through the event editor.

Hi Lorenzo,

usualy we are making trainigns for companies. Usualy we have between 2 and 10 persons from one company. We have to collect all names of this 2-10 persons for tickets, rooming list and certificates. So we need this info for each 10 persons.

Also, usualy we offer out potential clients 5-6 variants of hotel accomodation – double room or single room, only with breakfast or breacfast + dinner and other.

My idea is how to manage all of this?

I Neyko,

By combining the price of the training and the hotel room together it is making the process more complicated for the attendee.

I’d recommend separating the training as one event, and the lodging/hotel as another option.

Then use the Multiple Event Registration add-on (which you have access to) to let the attendees purchase the training and the lodging in one checkout or separately if they choose.

Does that make sense?
