I thought everything was working beautifully until I was notified by a customer trying to purchase tickets for our upcoming events. She couldn’t see anything. This is when I noticed that if you weren’t logged in, you couldn’t seem to add anything to your cart. So I’ve disabled all plugins – already using a basic template, called my hosting to find out if tmp is writable (answer yes)…. very frustrating. Not sure what else to do – so I’ve disabled MER plugin and the members addon and set up the ticket purchasing to do 1 event at a time. I’d really like to get this working correctly. But I may not know enough to search for scripting errors… ack.
Ok – I must have done something wrong during set up. I just tried to purchase tickets and the add to cart does not work. Crummy thing is – I know enough about all this to get myself in trouble…
I checked on this and the cart is working from my end. Can you try clearing your browser’s cache and try it again? Or you can go here and it will clear the session:
If it still doesn’t work for you after clearing the session, please let us know the exact link on the exact page you are clicking to add an event to the cart. It may be I’m clicking on another event link that works and you’re clicking on a different link that isn’t working.
If all the add to cart links are not working, please go to this site:
and include the browser details in your reply so we can investigate further.
