When customers buy two (or more) tickets, the first ticket price is correct.
For example: 18,20 EUR
The second (and following) tickets have wrong prices,
e.g.: 1820,00 EUR
– We use the following shortcode: [TICKET_PRICE].
– A custom template is used.
– Localization is “German”.
– Currency Decimal Places: “2”
– Currency Decimal Mark: “,”
– Currency Thousands Seperator: “.”
– Event Espresso Version 4.9.39.p
– Event Espresso – MER – Multi Event Registration (EE 4.7.0+) Version 2.0.12.p
Can you give us more background information about the custom template? For example is that a custom invoice template, or a custom ticket selector template, or a custom message template? Also may I ask which template is using the [TICKET_PRICE] shortcode?
You mentioned MER above, but its not clear if the problem is from tickets that are from the same event or only when the tickets are from different events?
As in if the user goes to a single event, selects 3 tickets and registers, does the same problem happen with the ticket price on the additional 2 tickets?
Or does it need to be 2 events, 1 ticket from Event A and then additional tickets from Event B?
I’ve tested both of the above and didn’t run into any problems so we need some more details to try and reproduce. Can you link me to an event I can run some test registrations on to reproduce this?
