we have several events and a promo code set up which is active for all – PLI2
However if a user checkouts two or more events, the promo code only applies to one event and shows the error message that it can only be applied to one event, despite two seperate events showing in the cart.
So is this promotion set up to be a global promotion?
Meaning the ‘Apply Promo to ALL Scope Items’ option is set to Yes on that promotion or have you selected the events individually in the ‘Promotion applies to..’ settings in the sidebar?
Yes, the event is set to al scope items. When I test its, applying it to different events, it only ever applies to the first event in the cart, regardless of which event is added.
Can you reply and include the URLs to both events? If possible, could you also share the promo code so we can investigate further? (if you check the box next to “Set as private reply” then only Event Espresso staff will see the reply)
