My client sells live, online courses that span 8 consecutive Saturday mornings. They don’t want the customer to have to register for each Saturday, just register once for the entire course, all 8 Saturdays. I need to show a start and end date but when I do that, it fills up the calendar every day for 8 weeks. What am I missing? Any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Wayne.
You can output individual dates for that event by creating 8 datetimes within the event, one for each Saturday. You can still use the same ticket set up you have now and have the ticket(s) assigned to all of the datetimes in the event, meaning they still only need to register once on that ticket and they are set on all 8 datetimes but the calendar will the show them as individual dates.
Thanks so much for your quick response. Your solution works great but, I don’t want to show the tickets on the additional datetimes. Registration actually ends before the second class. I’ve turned off the tickets for the additional datetimes but they still show up and, when you hover over the additional datetimes on the calendar, it shows that they are “Sold Out”.
You don’t remove the tickets from all of the datetimes, registering onto the ticket gives access to all of those datetime, correct?
If so you need the tickets to be assigned to each of the datetimes in the event.
If you don’t want to use multiple datetime like above, how is it you want this event to display?
