Although only one ticket selection is displayed on checkout the full selection will be included within the registration.
This is due to how the checkout page is handling registrations that do not require information for addition attendees. I have created a ticket for the developers to look into this.

Can you try Tony’s suggested CSS solution and let us know if that will work out in the meantime. It turns out that changing the registration form to include all the ticket types when one reg form is set to be displayed may end up leading to some significant refactoring of the checkout and may take some time to get right.
It did take some time to get this right, but I wanted to let you know that Event Espresso 4.3 was finally released and it includes a fix that displays all tickets selected at checkout when no info required for addition attendees.
