I know this was asked in 2013 but has there been any updates:
Hi,
I’m using several PayPal accounts for payment collection based on different Event.
Does the Invoice setting section support a short code so that the correct invoice address can be included with the invoice?
Also custom brand image would be good.

Hello,
That is available in Event Espresso 4 as it lets you create custom message templates which can then be assigned on a per-event basis:

If you want to get the same functionality for EE3, it might be possible but it will require some custom PHP programming. EE4 has shortcodes and the ability to set up custom invoices for a specific event (as long as you’re not using Multi Event Registration).
