Hello,
We frequently receive request to attend an alternative date of the same event, from those who have already paid. What would be your recommended way to do that? Right now I have to cancel the original registration and create a new registration in the new event, create a new ticket and match the payment to the old payment date (to make sure accounting-wise it’s ok), which takes quite some time.
