I recently replicated my entire site to a new web hosting platform. Everything was copied over, but now EE is telling me there is no active payment method.
I was using Stripe and if i try to reinstall the EE stripe plugin it tells me that the destination folder already exists. (So I know it was copied over with the migration.)
How can i get my payment method back? Help, I can’t take orders until this is resolved.
If the Stripe add-on isn’t listed on the WP > Plugins page then that’s an indication it’s missing some files. What you can do to fix this is FTP in to the new server, then go to wp-content/plugins and look for a eea-stripe folder. Then delete that folder.
Once that’s done you’ll be able to re-install the Stripe add-on.
