i was recently charged for recurring bill and want to cancel as well as move from cre8tvtcafe.com to korenconrad.com

Hi there,
We don’t assign domains to your account ourselves, the domain the key is used on determines where it will be set to. So in order to ‘move’ support from the above, you’ll need to log into cre8tvtcafe.com, go to Event Espresso -> General Settings and remove the key from the license key field, then save (so save with a blank field).
Next, go to korenconrad.com and in Event Espresso -> General Settings
Add the license key and save the settings.
If your key is used on more than one domain it will invalidate the key and prevent either site from updating, so you need to remove it from one of the sites to prevent issues.

With regards to auto-renewal, I’ve asked a member of our sales to cancel it on your account.
