Hello. We were selling early bird tickets and currently moved to first release tickets. How can I move all the pending payment regs from early bird to first release. They are about 700 regs on early bird and 101 paid. I only want to move the pending payment 700 regs to first release. The early bird is already sold out.

Hi there,
We don’t currently have an option to migrate multiple registrations from one ticket to another in batches, the users would need to register onto the first release ticket.
We do have the attendee mover add-on:

However, that’s designed for moving specific registrations onto a new ticket, not entire groups such as the above.

What happens when they use the links?
Sounds like the add-on you had created isn’t setting up the ‘new’ registrations correctly, can you send me a copy of the add-on? Is so send it over to support[at]eventespresso.com (you may need to use a service such as WeTransfer).
Note – we don’t provide support for code we didn’t write so I just want to prefix this. I’m more than happy to take a look over the code and if its something they’ve missed or something obvious then I’ll happily pass that info along but I can’t step through all of the code to debug this as it’s not an add-on we support.

Sure I understand. I think the code we created was very messed up. Would it be possible for you to develop something for us to switch all pending payment registrations from one ticket to another when it is sold out. Basically we are selling tiers (first release, second and so on) and we get alot of registrations but not all of them make payment on time.
