Hi,
The tickets were set at for example 3 available tickets, but 4 were sold. Only thing I notice is that the last two tickets have the same sold time. Can it be that they were sold the same time? Because it didn’t happen before, on many events and tickets, and now happened 3 times on 1 event and 3 different tickets. Is there anything else that can cause this?

Hi there,
The last 2 ticket sales would have had to have been sold at exactly the same time, unless there’s a caching mechanism in place. In that case the oversold tickets would have been allowed because of the out of date cached data being served.
