Hello,
We are just looking to modify the text: “The event you have selected requires logging in before you can register. You can register for an account here if you don’t have a login.” that shows on the Registration Checkout for the [ESPRESSO_CHECKOUT] shortcode. We need to add more information to this for the end user.
If you could give me some details on this it would be much appreciated.

You can do that with a snippet of code like this:

Add that to a custom functions plugin on your site, we have some documentation on creating one here:

Change the text on Line 10 and the 2 %s’s are used to insert the opening and closing link tags.
