That link takes me to multiple shortcodes so I’m not sure what you are working on, or what you have working already.

Sorry about that. It’s the modification of the Event_Attendee_List shortcode. The snipped provides the ability to add one Question’s answer. I’d like to add multiple questions’ answers….

In that case, where you set the variable for $prev_answer_value, you’re grabbing the answer to one question. So you can repeat with another new variable such as $prev_answer_value2 and so on.
