Mobile App Support Multi Site

Does anyone know if the mobile app is compatible with a multi site installation. I’ve attempted to configure the authentication with the mobile app (https://eventespresso.com/wiki/ee4-event-apps/) – running all the right versions of EE4. No success. Is anyone aware of any issues or does anyone have any good instructions that I could follow? Thanks in advance.

Are you seeing any errors when trying to login to the site? If so, could you please share that information here?

Thanks Lorenzo for your quick response. It’s actually the Application Passwords plugin I think – because it hasn’t provided the ability to generate an application password. I have Ultimate Member running on the site as well. Have you heard of any compatibility issues with Ultimate Passwords?

The apps should work with multi-site, we were able to use them with Event Smart just fine.

Are you able to connect to the REST API in any of the sites on your network? Ie; can you see any results when going to a sub domain on your site via the REST API? Eg. http://mysite.mynetwork.com/wp-json/ and/or events http://mysite.mynetwork.com/wp-json/ee/v4.8.36/events

Regarding the Application Passwords plugin. Do you have that network activated or activated on a single site? If it’s working, you should see a section in each user profile (/wp-admin/profile.php) to add an application password.
