Why is my version of the APP not showing the full list of paid attendees, and my partners phone showing some with blank names – that are not listed on my android?

Clarification on the IPHONE it is showing the same under UNAPPROVED as it does under ALL – even though most are in the APPROVED list?

Hi,

We can check with the app developer to see why they didn’t filter away approved registrations, when “Unapproved” is selected. They way they built it was “Approved” shows approved registrations only. Then when toggled to “Unapproved” it shows both Approved and Pending Payment registrations. They may have a reason for that, but then it doesn’t make sense since there’s also an “All” to select.

The concern is also that it does not display the consistently across different mobile platforms. Iphone displays the ones whee payment did not go through, but no names and the Android is not displaying anything under the “unapproved” even though 6 individuals had payments no go through?

When the user doesn’t complete the registration form, then that’s considered an abandoned registration. In other words, someone started a registration by selecting a ticket or more, then stopped there. The Android app does not show those registrations, but the iOS app does.
