The mobile APP does not show registrations for the correct date when you don’t allow “show past dates” to be toggled off. I have events running next week and when I click on Attendees I get the list from the previous event – not even last months – showing up – and they are still showing checked in – even though the tickets were sold by separate “Event Datetimes” and each Datetime has a separate “Available Ticket” created. |
Hi there, Which version of the app are you using? Can you link me one of the events in question so I can view the setup and investigate please? You can mark the thread private so only EE support can view it if preferred. |

Similar to what you added for the screenshot, but it would be to an event on your site, however…
So you can’t add a link for the event as I still couldn’t view it.
Screenshots are going to be really limiting here, what I want to do is view the rest api responses for the event and look at how the event is set up and view the requests responses sent to/from the app. Can you create a temp login so I can view the site? If so you can send details using this form: |

Thank you, so I’ve managed to reproduce this and it looks like the app is using the datetime count to pull the attendees (which is incorrect). So if you have 5 datetimes on an event and 2 of those are expired, Datetime 3 loads when ‘show past dates’ is disabled, but tapping to load the attendees uses the datetime count which for Datetime 3 is now 1, so it loads the ‘first’ datetime’s attendees. If you scroll to Datetime 4 and click to view attendees the count is now 2 so it loads the ‘second’ datetimes attendees, meaning Datetime 2 and so on. I’ve created a ticket for the app developers to investigate this further, in the meantime if you set the app to show past dates, select the correct datetime and then click to view the attendees it loads the correct attendee list. |
