Mobile App is not connecting. Error is “Connection Error. Unable to load data” |
Hi there, We received your priority support request. Can you resend the form and complete it with the correct information? We’ll need to be able to log into your website to investigate further. You can get the FTP information from your host, and you or someone that has admin access to the WP site can add a new, temporary admin level WordPress user. |

Do i need to fill out the same form? I created the ftp account |
If you can resend the redeem a support token form and include the FTP information it will help so we can investigate further. Can you try logging into the app with the Yoast SEO plugin deactivated? |

the app still did not connect. Did you use the application password or your login? When you use the application password do you need to have the spaces in the password? |

everything has been uploaded for ftp information |

it looks like the apple app works but not android. |

And it only works with Yoast SEO deactivated |
I tested both and they’re both working now.
Yes. and you use the WP username in the app’s username field. You do not use the Application password name.
It’s working for me now with both iOS and Android, with or without Yoast SEO deactivated. The important thing that needed to be done was address this notification that the Application passwords plugin was displaying: Due to a potential server misconfiguration, it seems that HTTP Basic Authorization may not work for the REST API on this site: Event Espresso has a similar solution in its mobile apps wiki that includes adding some code to the .htaccess file: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/ee4-event-apps/#apache-fcgi After that was added the apps work: |
