Mobile app login problem

I am trying to get connected with the mobile app and am having problems. This is the first time that I have used it. I get “Connection Error. Unable to load data”. I have tried it with the Basic Auth and the Application password.

I expect people to start arriving in about 30 mins. Please help me.
