Hi,

I’ve read through this issue – https://eventespresso.com/topic/ee4-mobile-app-conflicts-with-yoast-seo-plugin/

I couldn’t really follow it but was a resolution found?

On my site I’ve added the httaccess code to enable authentication, I’ve deactivated yoast but cant log in due to too many failed attempts (on that note why is it locked for 24 hours? Cant I reset that?). So hopefully the app will work when I get logged in.

But I’d like to be able to continue to use yoast but couldn’t really see a work around on it.

Thanks
Declan

Hi Declan,

The lock out for 24 hours isn’t something Event Espresso does. That may be from another WordPress plugin or something your host adds.

We have not found a conflict with Yoast, and the other topic in the wordpress.org forums hasn’t been updated in awhile. You could try troubleshooting things a bit further by activating only the default theme, Event Espresso, and Yoast SEO to see if the conflict still occurs with only those 3 things activated.

Ok thanks, I will try these out. If you could keep this thread open as it will be towards the end of the week before I’m able to try.
Thanks
Declan

Hi,
I’ve sussed the login issue was caused by Wordfence as I’d set max password attempts.
I’ve managed to login so all appears to be working.

The reason we’d wanted the app was to save printing out class attendees. It’s mainly tennis lessons for children so their parents book it. The app only shows the name of the person who booked it, we were hoping to see all the other info we collect such as emergency contact info – is that possible?

Thanks
Declan

Hi Declan,

Currently the apps only show some of the information. You can log into the site’s WP admin with a mobile device to see the other registration information.

Hi, Thanks for the response. Logging into the site isn’t quite as simple as the app… will stick to paper at the moment. Please update if it changes!
Thanks
Declan

Hi Declan,

Just so you are aware of how the roadmap will be used we have some details here:

https://eventespresso.com/2016/02/introducing-the-event-espresso-public-roadmap/

In short, we’ll be working on adding some of the features most requested, however, be aware that we are a relatively small team so new features take time.
