Over the past few months, our users have been complaining that their accounts are not working. When we assist, we find that their account is totally missing. We create a new user account and the history for that user seems to come right back with the new user account. What is happening? Where did those users go and how do I know who else is missing? We are using EE 4.9.67 and also have the Attendee Mover, and WP User addons installed. Thanks for any help!
I’m afraid I cannot answer your questions. The WordPress user system is outside the scope of Event Espresso. If you take regular backups of the site you may be able to use those to restore the user accounts.
