Missing registrations (3)

A number of registrations have gone missing from my registration page.
I noted them when they came in and they were visible.
A few hours later they were gone.
They were all pending payment as far as I am aware.
I can see them in the messages log, but nowhere else on my backend.
Any ideas on what may have happened.

Hi there,

By ‘my registration page’, do you mean Event Espresso -> Registrations?

Which payment methods do you have active on the site?

Which messages do you see have been triggered in the messages log?
