Last week, the training department added registrations on 9/7 and when they look on 9/8 all the registrations were gone. Also the training department delete classes out of Event Espresso and on Friday 9/8 the classes appeared. Can you please help fix and try to find the registrations that were added on 9/7? Thanks! |

September 11, 2017 at 10:19 am Hi Andy, Do you have a backup of the database from that date? If you do not, you can contact your webhost and they may have a backup that can be imported onto another site. It will be best to avoid restoring to the backup else you’ll lose the data since that date. |

September 11, 2017 at 11:13 am The last back up was 9/1. I am missing data from August 26 – September 7th. September 11, 2017 at 11:23 am The backup from 9/1 could be used to get some of the missing data. Are you sure you want the above data readable on this public forum though? If not we can edit your reply and obfuscate the personal information. In any case, does the webmaster have a plan to restore the data from the back up? If not, the back up could be restored to another site, then you can review what’s missing? |

September 11, 2017 at 11:44 am Yes please take off the public info. The hostgator was not able to find any registrations for those dates. Do you know why we would loose two weeks of data? |

September 11, 2017 at 12:20 pm So when they deleted past classes were those past classes part of a recurring event series? Did those recurring event series include upcoming/current events? |
