Hi, I’ve had a few registrations that were added to the system as seen on the registrations overview page – they have a reg code and have been approved. But they do not appear in the Event Check-in UI. The only difference I can see is that those attendees registered to an event with a discount applied to the ticket price. How can I ensure that all attendees are added to the correct event check-in UI, and is there a way where I can manually add them to the correct one now? I am currently running Version 4.2.7.p on WP 3.9.1 at https://www.fsxinterlinked.com, but I believe the attendees with problems noted were entered into the system on an earlier version of EE4. Thanks, Alex |
Hi Alex, I just wanted to let you know that we are are currently investigating this issue. So the attendees who have registered using the discounted ticket are registrations that are missing? Can you explain a little further how the tickets are setup so we can copy your event settings as closely as possible please? |

Hi Tony, Yes, that is correct. There was a discount on the ticket at the time of registration, and those that registered with the discounted ticket are not showing in the event check-in table. I am looking into this more closely. But what it seems is that those missing from the Event Check-in do not show a “TKT Option” in the event check in table. But when I search by name within the event check filter, the attendee appears. Also the ticket option is shown on the individual registration record. If it is any help, I believe payment was applied manually. On the same registration, multiple ticket types were purchased here: https://www.fsxinterlinked.com/register-now/westlake-village/resource-company/ All 3 attendees are missing from the event check-in table, but are found by search. Thanks, Alex |
Hi Alex, How was the discount applied? Was this using the pricing options in the ticket editor or were they manually registered through the WordPress admin? — |

It appears some members registered through the front end and others manually through the WP admin site. All attendees appear in the Overview, if that helps. |

Actually, upon further review, it seems the problem exists with only those that registered online, not manually added. Also, not all selected the discounted tickets, but discounts existed on other tickets in that event. |
Alright, so a mix of regular priced tickets and discounted tickets and the registrations took place through the front end. Is there any other information about the event that we should know? — |

I don’t believe there is other information you should know. I am happy to let you peak around the backend if that will help. Though, since we’ve updated, we’ve not seen a problem. So, hopefully it is resolved, but I’m not certain. |

Hi Delray, If it seems to be OK after the update then I would just monitor it for a short while. If the issue re-occurs then please don’t hesitate to get in touch. |
