I see successful payment for the registration when I logged in to my PayPal account I don’t see any transaction. I checked the api key and password and the api email again to make sure I have set up correctly. It is correct and I am not sure where that payment went.

Should I use the transaction detail to ask PayPal to look into or is this transaction detail only limited to event espresso

Hi there,
If you view the registration in the admin and then click the ‘View transaction’ button – http://take.ms/9WfiR
Then look at the payment made within the transaction and you’ll see the ‘TXN ID / CHQ #’ field, that value is the PayPal transaction ID, if you give that to PayPal they should be able to track down the payment – http://take.ms/5O7Qh
