Having just registered for VAT it’s now important for people to be able to download VAT invoices with our company logo. When I go to view an invoice on the system I get this error at the top of the page: https://screencast.com/t/jhmwIo70fBW When I download the invoice the logo doesn’t appear and this is what we get: https://screencast.com/t/KVkLZyHLw2 I can see that the system does have the logo (you can see it appearing on the first screen and I can see it on the system set-up see here: https://screencast.com/t/MKR0sWhyLnNQ ) Can you help me resolve this please? Hi Daniel, It looks like your host is blocking the request for the image, we’ve seen this when hosts have hotlink protection on the site and it prevents the local connections to pull in the image. I’d recommend contacting your host with the errors you’ve provided above and ask them to investigate this further. |

Hi Josh, Yes. I am running iThemes security. I’m not sure which of the solutions you are referring to. 1) I tried unticking the hackrepair.com blacklist feature but that didn’t seem to make a difference. 2) I’ve uploaded the logo to another domain on another server, but I can’t find where to put the link on EE. When I go to Payment Methods there is an option to activate the Invoice method for payment – is this what you are suggesting to use? See this screen: https://screencast.com/t/xeYHCnbUE I’m not sure this is what I want, because I’m not wanting to allow people to pay by invoice via EE. I just want to make it so that if they have paid by (say) PayPal they can successfully download a VAT invoice with our logo on it. If, however, you tell me that (a) this will solve my problem and (b) it won’t automatically give people the option of paying by invoice, I’m happy to give it a try! |

If changes to the iThemes settings does not make a difference then you could follow Tony’s recommendation and contact your host with the errors you’ve provided above and ask them to investigate this further. With regards to paying by invoice, you can remove the option to pay by invoice by unchecking the box next to Usable From? Front-end Registration Page on the Event Espresso > Payment Methods > Invoice settings page. |
