Missing & Duplicated Months in Event Filter

On both of our sites the event filter is now showing some months in duplicate while missing others. We have events in every month.

Happy Last-Day-of-the-Month! They will be there tomorrow. There’s a PHP bug that causes what you’re seeing to happen. Basically what happens is whenever the next month doesn’t have the current date (ie it’s August 31st, and there’s no Sept. 31), the date outputs get messed up.
