Hi guys.

having an issue with missing details for multiple enrollments.

http://www.amsn.com.au running the latest version of EE 4.

I just took an enrollment for 3 poeople yet the details appear blank on the banked for name and contact numbers.

I believe my settings are correct here.

I was only able to find out who there where as strangely the event registraion confirmation email did contain the mobile phone numbers. no names but.

I have subsequently called them and added them manually by editing their details at the backend.

any idea why this happened or how to prevent it in the furture ?

the transaction is also incorrectly marked incomplete but I have mentioned this in earlier thread. I really hope this can be fixed

Actually no I dont seem to able to correct each name. I only seem to be able to get acess to the primary registrant.

I have just sent you login details on to your support email following from my previous thread on the payment gateway.

Hope you can help “)

Hi, I’ve seen that before when caching was being forced on a WordPress site.

Who is your webhost?

Also, were you recently using any caching services or caching plugins on your site?

Thats really interesting that you say that. Josh hinted at this possible problem on my other thread here.

I hosting company is ventraip and they assure me that there is no chaching going on in my website.

I am not aware of any plugins I am using running a cache but I did send log in details through to your support acount if you wish to have look at my dashboard.

How do we proceed to trouble shoot this from here ? I am getting a little stressed that I missing a lot of money in dropped enrollments.

Hi Brent,

Is this happening for all your registrations is that the only one so far?

I’m referring to the missing contact information. We’ll keep the Mijireh issue within the other thread for now so we can work through each issue separately.

HI Tony,

this was the first it the missing field data occurred.

It was also the time anybody has tried to do 3 at once. I just had a double go through yesterday with no problems.

I’m still stuck on how to resolve the error. I dont seem to be able to edit the enrollments individually. Can you see how this may be achieved or should I just delete them all and try to enter them one by one manually ?

I did send login details in relation to my other thread.

HI Tony.
The error has just occured again.

One of our enrollee ( A Barker ) who already as a file listed in the contact information and a previous enrollment in our queenstown eduventure just attempted to enroll her 2 children by purchasing one of our spouse tickets.

Instead of the being blank its now listed as ( A Barker ) twice.

When I try and attempted to correct the names on each enrollment I am only in able to edit the contact details for a barker.

This upset my client so in desperation I attempted to enroll her to kids via the backend by selecting 2 tickets under the . I was then meet with the following error at the end of the registration process.

I really hope somebody may be able to help me soon , this is starting to cause a bit of stress and anxiety at my end.

Hi guys. Just to clarify the situation and give you guys the best information I emailed the client and asked her to tell me exactly what happened. This was her reply

It asked me if i wanted to use my details for those tickets which I did as I thought it wouldn’t matter as long as they were under my name. I did have a bit of trouble when I put it through at the start, it came us as not complete a few times but I left it for a bit and came back and had no problems so not sure if it went through just the once or a few times

So now I am less sure that she actually entered her kids names as described above.

I still however am stuck on why I was not able to enter the enrollments manually or change the names over on multiple enrollments as discussed at the beginning of this thread.

Hey Brent,

It sounds to me that she selected to copy the registration details from the primary registrant to all.

This means that ALL of those registrations where assigned to the contact created for the Primary reg. This is expected behaviour because the contact info was the same for all registrations.

Before going into details, if you select one of the non primary registrations from that group. Then look at the contact section in the top right, do you see a create contact button? – http://take.ms/xMzkl

I am dealing with 2 issues

1. an multiple enrollment where the names need to be changed.
2. a multiple enrollment where the names fields are missing. ( original prob in thread )

I can see a create contact icon for problem number 1 but not for problem number 2. http://take.ms/ZOlMP

If you need to check for yourself you will find the missing names in the manly vertigo workshop registrations.

I am still also stuck on why I was not able to create multiple enrollments via the backend too as described in my 10:57 pm thread above.

Let me know the best way to proceed from here )
