Hello,
We have the following issue that we’re trying to solve:
When we export data for a specific event on a specific datetime, the registrant input from the additional questions isn’t exporting. The column name exists, but the data doesn’t.
If we export the data for a specific event (without a specific datetime), then the first row will show the data but if there are additional records, then the data isn’t repeated to subsequent rows.
E.g. Person A buys 4 tickets for separate date times. After exported, only ticket 1 of 4 shows data and 2 through 4 of 4 don’t show any data for the additional questions.
Unfortunately, this seems problems seems to translate over when we export for a specific date time. The missing additional question data is also missing in this export.
E.g. When we export for datetime X, and if datetime X holds person A’s 2 of 4 ticket data, then the additional question data is blank.
So how can we get the additional question data exported without having to export all of the entries for all datetimes for a specific event?

If I correctly understand your situation, you’d need to set the question group to be asked for each additional registrant in order for the answer to show up for each ticket registration.
