I have 92 people registered for a paid event but on 40 are showing under attendees. The UPay site shows everyone but not EE. Any ideas on why I can’t see everyone. I have a customer that would like an invoice, but she is not showing in EE. |
Hi there, Event Espresso 3 doesn’t load all of the attendee records at once by default, but you can set the number of attendees to retrieve to a higher number. Here’s a link to the documentation that shows how: |

I followed your instructions and did get more attendees. However I can only see 74 in EE, but there are 81 listed in UPay. |
Are the 81 all for that one site and are there any group registrations included there? |
They are all single registrations, no groups. |
Have you been able to determine that the 81 listed in uPay are all for that one site where it lists 74? |
yes they are all from the same site. |
Do you have registration confirmation emails for the missing 6? |
I just create the registration site. I do get the confirmation, but I delete them. In this setup I didn’t add setup a CC email. Normally I wouldn’t care that they don’t show in EE. I have confirmation on the UPay side that they paid. I have one attendee that needs a copy of the invoice for reimbursement purposes. Since she doesn’t show EE, I can’t send it. |
If you can complete the form on this secure page and include the information for the missing attendee we can check the database to see if it’s there. |
We’ll be able to check the database if you can re-submit the form and be sure to include the FTP information. Along with that, can you also send the uPay Transaction IDs for the transactions that you can’t find the attendees for? |
I can’t give FTP access. It is locked by IT. 17093 Trudy Cruice 10-58dbf936b1ea6 $300.00 |
Can you make a backup of the database and send a copy to support -at- eventespresso.com? Also, it appears that you’ve changed the password for the temporary account that you sent earlier. If you do not want Event Espresso staff to investigate this any further, we’ll stop here. |

On it’s way along with the new password |
Those attendees are actually not missing, but the attendee names are not the same as the name on the credit used to pay for the registrations. Since you have the transaction IDs you can look up each of the registrations associated with each transaction by doing the following: 1) Go to attendee list for the event: 2) Then select 250 rows and click Retrieve 3) type the following txn ID into the search field: 17093 4) Click on the PDF icon to get the invoice. 5) repeat steps 3 & 4 with txn IDs 17094 and 17095 |
