Hi everyopne. I asked about adding the NAB Trasct to EE and got a reply about trying Mijireh and we went ahead with it and it works well. But when someone pays with NAB through Mijireh we are not getting any personal details about the person paying apart from some transaction number. Is there a setting somewhere in EE, Mijireh or BAB that will allow us to get payment notofocations that will have the payees name at least?
Any help appreciated.

Hi Steve,
You should be receiving the Event Admin, registration approved message when the user pays which should list all of the registrations details they used on the event do you not receive that? (its similar to the email the user receives when complete the registration)
The email with the transaction number, is that from Event Espresso, Mijireh or NAB?

Thankyou Tony for your reply. Actually what we need help with is the information that the NAB bank gets from you. We want to reconcile the payments at the NAB and the transaction login in the EventExpresso payment logs. We have asked the nAB why when they send us their payment receipts they don’t include the invoice number and customer name. The responded saying that they are not getting those details. What information would the NAB get from the customer when they pay using ther creditcards? Thankyou for your asstance Tony.

Hi Steve,
Event Espresso doesn’t actually send any information to NAB, it sends some details over to Mijireh and Mijireh communicates with NAB so it sounds like Mijireh isn’t sending the custom details over to NAB. If that’s the case you’ll need to contact Mijireh and discuss this further with them.
I tried to run a test registration on your site but it looks like your current even tickets have expired, is there another event I can use to run a test registration?
