Migration from EE3 to EE4 has failed 3 times

I’m trying to migrate a site from EE3 to EE4 but it’s now failed 3 times.
It looks like everything is going fine and then it stalls 70-80% complete (after THREE hours of migrating.) I restore the database and try again – same thing…

We have four “sister” websites all running EE# that we need to migrate from EE3 to EE4 and will be buying a developers license and many plugins once we can successfully migrate, but I need to be able to move the data. Any ideas would be helpful. Please get in touch with me so we can get this figured out and working!!
