Hi,

We just migrated to BlueHost.

The issue we’re experiencing is that *some* users are unable to register and get the error “you must select at least one event to register”.

We have no caching enabled either on the WP or server level (AFAIK, Bluehost doesn’t offer server-side caching). I tried disabling all plugins.

Also, this issue is not appearing for me either on my Mac on Chrome or Safari.

However, my client is on a Windows machine and sees the error even after resetting the browser.

Here’s what we have from the EE requirements plugin screen:

http://prntscr.com/4d0l82

Please advise. Thanks!

Hi,

I ran a registration on your site on Chrome (Windows) and received this message http://take.ms/Mk6EW (redirect loop error).

Clearing my cache showed me the you must select at least one event to register error.

I’m wondering if it perhaps has something to do with the swap from HTTP to HTTPS, is there a way to disable your HTTPS temporarily?

The HTTPs is only enabled on a page by page basis.

I had disabled it for the registration page, tried again, and still received the rorr.

Hi, could you let us know if you end up switching to a different server or host?

Varnish questions do not come up very often so it would be helpful to have that information here so its available to other members that might be considering varnish caching.
