Hello
We are trying to migrate EE3 to EE4, but when the process starts, stops, and you can not find the custom payment getaway, we have installed in EE3, we need to setup the EE4, but ITS impossible, can you please help With Those items¿?

Hi there,
Is there an error shown during the migration or do you mean EE4 simply can not see the EE3 payment gateway you have once the migration has finished?
To note EE4 will not be compatible with your EE3 custom payment gateway as it uses a completely different system for payments, menaing the EE3 gateway would need to be rebuilt to be compatible with EE4.

I understand perfectly, then you’re telling me that the custom payment we made no works¿?
it is possible that what we have already done Could we adapt¿
EE3 have changed and now in the event view the event does not appear in the frontend, only [ESPRESSO_CHECKOUT] appears, please can help me with this, as do the custom rebuilt the payment need to have active EE3

Hi Federico,
You’ll be able to use EE3 on your site again after you fix the shortcodes on the main Event Espresso pages. When EE4 is activated, the shortcodes get converted, but you can change them back to what’s listed here:
