When I’m in messages and click on an individual message to edit, nothing appears in terms of the message, and it just has the surrounding EE page items. I tried sending a test email and it just goes to an entirely blank page with nothing on it (not even EE). We just recently had our site moved to a different host, and this started happening. Also, could it be our license is for EE3, although we upgraded to EE4? It was never an issue before we changed hosting services.
Click that (Note it will reset the templates for all contexts of that message type Registrant/Primary Registrant/Admin etc)
Do you then see the message content within that message type?
This may seem like it is fixing the problem, however if that section is missing due to incorrect migrations there may also be other areas of EE that have not been correctly migrated over, but lets confirm that this does indeed bring back the content.
