I’ve searched the guides and the forums, and don’t seem to see this topic addressed.
I have multiple events and I want to have different messages for each. I see how I can create a “custom” message and then link it into the Event. But how do I specify within the message what event it should be looking at?
When I preview one of the globals, it only shows me information from my first event, and I don’t see my second event (both of which are still open and have completed registrations).
The previews are to allow you to view a general overview of the output, it will use the first available event within Event Espresso to generate those previews.
You set a message template to a specific event within the event itself.
Go to Event Espresso -> Events -> {event}
At the bottom of the page you will see a ‘Notifications’ section – http://take.ms/k6jRr
Within ticket select your custom message template for that event.
