Hi 01design, Can you go in to edit the event and check what’s set for the Default Registration Status? Is it set to Pending Payment, Approved, or Not Approved? |

Hello Josh, here are the answers at your questions: Can you go in to edit the event and check what’s set for the Default Registration Status? Is it set to Pending Payment, Approved, or Not Approved? The messages I can not generate are only those related to payment (payment received and pending payment) so they do not receive the invoice. The last message sent automatically date of November 2, it must have happened at that time: update EE or WordPress ?? Also, why this is related to the “WordPress Event Registration Calendar Ticketing Manager Plugin” as announced in the title … Thanks for helping, it’s quite urgent because the Event is on and finish in one month. Best regards Yvan |
Do you have a way to test with one of the supported payment methods? Is there a way to test your custom gateway (like with a developer account)?
This is because Event Espresso is the WordPress-powered, Event Registration, Calendar, and Ticketing Manager Plugin. |
