I have been trying to set up my first event and am encountering a problem with the registration confirmation emails. They are not going out. When I look at “messages sent” they show there is “no recipient”. I tried deleting the event and starting over, but still having trouble. Can you please help
How long are you waiting for the message to be sent? By default they take a few minutes to generate and send, when they are first added to the queue they will show ‘No Recipient’.
